Good Morning, We are implementing a process today with iron on labels in our LTC facility. I have a Dymo Letratag LT-100H label maker. We have purchased the iron on fabric labels from amazon 18.99 5 pk 6.5 ft long. One roll will produce about 120 labels. I hope this helps

Phoenix textiles sells them in quantities of 1000. I have them make our logo's in a Blue and a White versions so that it will appear on a light or a dark fabric. Medline also makes them.

For heat transfer logo's we use LatestProducts.net. You will need to be set up with a initial template of the transfer you are looking to create, size, ext. Then if you want them pre-cut or by the roll. Turn around time is on average 2-3 weeks when we order 3-5,000 pieces. We use their heat transfers on our linens and scrubs.

Thanks & good luck with you project

Mike
